1. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, business name and location when you register, request a demo or contact us. We also collect the operational data you enter into the platform, such as customer records, vehicles, job cards, invoices and inventory.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process transactions, send service-related notifications, respond to support requests and, where you have agreed, send product updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Your Business Data
The operational data you enter remains yours. We process it only to deliver the service to you. We do not use your customer records for any purpose of our own, and we do not share them with third parties except where you instruct us to, such as an integration you have enabled.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure in Indian data centres. We maintain automated daily backups, role-based access control and audit logging. Access by our staff is restricted and logged.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Third-Party Services
Where you enable an integration — accounting, messaging, payments or analytics — data is shared with that provider only as required to make the integration work. Each provider has its own privacy policy, which we recommend you review.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain it for 90 days to allow recovery, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or object to particular processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. You can export your complete data from within the product at any time.
9. Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice within the product before they take effect.
